A Hair Mask

The thought of putting oil on my skin used to totally freak me out. What if I break out with a face full of pimples!!!! Isn’t the idea to reduce the oil on my face not to add more?????

I always plan to exercise in the mornings but with the cold weather now on us I sometimes prefer to be snuggled up in bed. Lately I have also started experimenting with an ancient Aayurvedic tradition called oil pulling which has been said to have a multitude of health benefits. haven’t heard of it? Sorry, it’s been longer than we had hoped between blog posts….we can’t believe it’s been almost 3 weeks since we launched…wow!

Thanks to everyone for your support – we have been inundated with well wishes and with people wanting to start their clean skincare regime.

Sometimes it can be hard to figure out what combination of products to use. Everyone’s skin type is different. Adding to this difficulty is the weather! As the seasons change (which is happening now) so does our skin and its needs.
