Postage and Returns


We use Australia Post and couriers to deliver your purchases within Australia. You are given the option of choosing Express Parcel Post or Regular Parcel Post, with tracking.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight of the products purchased.

Free shipping by Regular Parcel Post is available on all purchases over $99.

Please contact us for alternative delivery arrangements if you require delivery with insurance or signature. Additional charges may apply.

Cleanse Skincare is not responsible for any loss or damage attributed to Australia Post or couriers handling goods purchased.


Regular Parcel Post takes 1-3 days. Express Parcel Post is next day delivery Australia-wide in capital cities. Regional centres and rural areas may take 1-2 business days.

Please note these delivery times are estimates only supplied to us by Australia Post and not guaranteed. 


Orders placed between Monday and Friday are usually shipped within the next 2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays are shipped the following business day. 


Cleanse Skincare takes no responsibility for the goods being sent to the wrong address as a result of the incorrect address being provided by the customer. It is then the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost to repost the parcel to the correct address.

Stock availability

If there is any delay in shipment or if a product is temporarily out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible via email. If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be held until your backordered item(s) become available unless advised by you at the time of notification of delay.


Tracking numbers will be included on your "Shipped" email; however, you will need to go to Australia Post's website to track your parcel. Enter your tracking number here


Return Policy

Cleanse Skincare has a 'No Return' policy on all of it's products whether they have been opened or not, so please choose carefully.

In the rare circumstance that you have received a faulty product, please contact us immediately. Please do not post an item back without first contacting us.
